1. General Agreement
By purchasing or using our tuning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are binding and apply to all customers.
2. Warranty Disclaimer
Please be aware that our eTune may affect your vehicle's factory warranty. We are not responsible for any warranty losses, voided coverage, or damages that may occur as a result of tuning your vehicle. Customers assume all risks associated with modifying their vehicles.
3. Refund Policy
Once the initial calibration has been sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are committed to the tuning process before purchasing.
4. Tune Completion Timeline
We have up to 30 days to complete the tune from the date the initial calibration is provided.

If no datalog is received within 30 days, your tuning session will be considered inactive.

To resume the tuning process after this period, a Re-Engagement Fee will be charged before tuning continues.
5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for submitting accurate and complete datalogs within the required timeframe.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in safe, proper working condition prior to tuning.

Any mechanical failures or issues are solely the customer’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Mechanical failures, damages, or losses resulting from tuning.

Warranty denial or claims made by your dealership or vehicle manufacturer.

Costs related to repairs, replacements, or loss of use of the vehicle.
7. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with payment and receiving a tune file, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
